Since its foundation CIDEC has established Strategic Alliances with Research Centres, Universities and Enterprises of the European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean.
In the year 1993, CIDEC became a member of CINTERFOR/ OIT (headquartered in Montevideo-Uruguay), consequently strengthening this link with Latin American and Caribbean countries.

CIDEC belongs to an entrepreneurial model that works in a network of various entities associated with strategic alliances that make a permanent working environment within the Federación de Conocimiento-Knowledge Federation.
