Analysis of the assessment method on continuing education used in the sector of “Regular and Occasional Transport and Added Activities”. This study was developed within the call for proposals of 2004 on Complementary Actions and Accompaniment for the creation of the State Foundation for Training in Employment. The aim of this project is to identify good practise techniques whose dissemination and sharing benefit the training evaluation in said area by examining the experience developed in Spain.
Evaluation of the implementation of the Basque Insertion Plan during 2004. This evaluation focuses on the analysis of the axes of intervention at the Basque Insertion Plan: specific measures exclusively intended for those people at risk of exclusion; and the support and guidance of the universalistic protection systems (social services, training and employment, education, health and housing). The methodology combines elements of the CIPP evaluation model adapted with other assessment approaches, and it is based on the participation of the different agents involved in the development and implementation of the Plan-the different levels of the Administration and social initiative- using different tools (interviews, Delphis, participative evaluation groups, etc.).
Study on Vocational Guidance in the Basque Education System. This project is dedicated to establishing a diagnosis of the situation of vocational guidance in the Basque Country, designing a comprehensive guidance model and defining an Action Plan to be disseminated and implemented.
Guide for Learning in the workplace. This handbook is being elaborated within our Work Paper Collection and is aimed at professionals who carry out that the interventions training period in the work place requires, mainly company Tutors and Tutors of training centres.

The "Human Capital Investors" initiative
Since 2003 CIDEC's Centre for the Initiative Development has been developing the new initiative Investors in Human-ICH which aims at promoting and developing human capital and social responsibility in public and private organizations and enterprises.

To this end, it aims at socially identifying and recognising the Excellent Enterprises that make the commitment to investing in people and social responsibility, i.e. ethically responsible enterprises.
